This firm commenced practising on the 1st March 2000
following the merger of Luckmans and Duckett Parker, both long established
firms of Chartered Accountants who previously practised in Coventry and
Kenilworth respectively.
.
The aim of the merger was to produce a firm large enough to compete
with the multinational firms in terms of specialised staff functions and
capital investment whilst retaining the more good-natured "small
firm" attitude towards clients and staff.
.
The firm moved to new offices at Victoria House, Queens Road, Coventry
(see the location
page) on the 1st July 2000 whilst retaining smaller office premises in
Kenilworth as a convenience to local clients.
.
The firm now has 5 partners, 2 consultants, over 40 employees and a
turnover in excess of one and a half million pounds sterling.
See below for a detailed history of our predecessors.
