Nat was famous in England for her cooking, and described by her father-in-law Alf James as being able to cook the best roast beef and yorkshire pudding he had ever eaten. How would we have started this business without Nui? She found us the premises and all the major suppliers and was a negotiator par excellence in that at the sign of any truculence we would threaten to "set Nui onto 'em". | Tee
James:
He now works as a schoolteacher for his day job and offers invaluable help to people like us trying to get to grips with modern technology. We first met him as a computer salesman and we
now wonder just how we would have opened the "Caff" without his
help, which has been considerable ... even down to the signs on the door,
over the door, and the pictures on the wall ... if only all farang
